After the granules were prepared by the Omnyat technicians. 12 kg of granules are pumped into a pellet blasting machine, and the density of the granules is determined by controlling the temperature and the time of keeping the pellets inside the “fluff”.
After the process of “fluffing” the plastic particles, we dry them using a special drying machine. Then the air is compressed to send the finished granules to the special tanks “Sailow” to store the granules and leave them for 24 hours until all the vapors evaporate and be ready for manufacturing operations.
In the next stage, special pumps will pump air to push the pellets into the polystyrene block forming machines or the crate forming machines. Granules are selected from the special tank according to the required density.
After completing the block formation process, it is sent to the section concerned with cutting the blocks in order to form building and insulation panels or to form the Hourdi blocks for building roofs. Then, each of the panels, blocks and boxes manufactured in the warehouses of the “Omniyat” factory are sorted according to the different sizes and densities to be delivered later to the customers.
Specialized engineers add special materials to the granules mixture to produce fire-resistant insulation panels that are characterized by an increase in sound, heat and humidity insulation by 15%, which is considered one of the best types of panels used in the construction process according to international recommendations and standards.
Also in “Omniyat” factory, we conduct a heat-cutting process for the panels to form custom panels and to be suitable for forming exhibition stands and special decorations.
